# list_documents

> List documents in the connected Unfurl workspace.

# list\_documents

List all documents in the workspace. Use when the user asks what they have on Unfurl or needs to pick a document to update.

Maps to `GET /api/v1/documents`.

## Parameters

None.

## Returns

JSON `{ "documents": [ … ] }`. Each entry includes at least `id`, `title`, `slug`, `updatedAt`, and `currentVersionId`.

## Example

Use the returned `id` with [`get_document`](/docs/api-reference/get-document) or [`edit_document`](/docs/api-reference/edit-document). To search by name, use [`find_document`](/docs/api-reference/find-document).
