# What your recipient sees

When you share a Unfurl link, your recipient gets a clean, instant reading experience. No downloads. No "open in Word." No security warnings.

## The link

Your document lives at a permanent URL like:

`unfurl.pub/d/abc123`

This link never changes, even when you update the document.

## The experience

When your recipient clicks the link, they see:

* Your document rendered in their browser
* Works on desktop, tablet, and mobile
* No login required to view
* No app to install

## What they DON'T see

* Your drafts (only published versions are visible)
* Your version history (that's for your eyes only)
* Your other documents (each link is independent)

## Branding

On the Free plan, shared documents include subtle Unfurl branding. On Pro, you can remove this entirely and optionally add your own branding.
