# Visual editing

> Edit published HTML in the dashboard (Pro) without re-uploading a file.

# Visual editing

On **Pro** (and during the trial), you can edit the live HTML in the dashboard instead of dropping a new file.

    Select it in the [dashboard](https://unfurl.pub/dashboard).

  <Step title="Click Visual edit">
    The toolbar control opens `/dashboard/documents/[id]/edit`. Click an element, change the content, and save. Saving creates a **new version** on the same share link.

Free workspaces see Visual edit as a Pro upgrade. You can still update by uploading a new HTML file or via MCP/`edit_document`.
