Overview

What we collect

Account and content. When you use the Service, we process information you give us (for example, documents and settings you add in the app) and identifiers we need to operate your account.

Technical data. When you use the site, we and our infrastructure may automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps. We use that to deliver the Service, protect against abuse, and fix issues.

Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and similar technologies where needed to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected if you block them.

Sign in with Google

You can sign in using Google. When you do, Google shares a small set of profile details with us so we can create and maintain your account. Today that is limited to your email address and name (basic profile information you already associate with that Google account). We do not receive your Google password.

We use the email and name we receive from Google only to provide the Service (for example, to show who is logged in and to contact you about your account if needed). We do not sell that information.

Product and usage information

We use analytics to see how the Service is used—things like which parts of the app get traffic and which actions people take. That helps us improve the product. We do not use session replay (screen recording) at this time; if we add something like that later, we will update this policy.

How we use your information

We use the information above to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, keep your account and our systems secure, understand usage, and communicate with you about the Service. We do not use your information to run ads for third parties.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the Service, or with professionals who support our business, only where they need that access to do their work for us and are bound to appropriate confidentiality and security expectations. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service, our users, or others.

We limit what we share to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as we need it to run the Service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it where we can.
